Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to optimize menu offerings and service flow.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, labor, and costs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus.
