Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our vibrant dining establishment. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to optimize menu offerings and service flow.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, labor, and costs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
